Eligibility Criteria

Pre Matric Scholarship

• There should be no more than Rs. 2 lakh in annual family income. Not eligible for the pre-matric or post-matric scholarship are students enrolled in institutions outside of West Bengal.
• Residents of West Bengal are required to apply.
• An educational board, council, state university, or central government-recognized school or institution must be the applicant’s place of study.
• In the last final exam, the candidate must have received at least 50% of the possible points or an equal grade.

Post Matric Scholarship

• In the last final exam, the candidate must have received at least 50% of the possible points or an equal grade.
• There should be no more than Rs. 2 lakh in annual family income.
• There will be no pre-matric or post-matric scholarship available to students attending institutions outside of West Bengal.
• West Bengal residency is a requirement for the application.

Merit Cum- Means Scholarships
