Online application for driving license through SARTHI portal

Apply for Driving License: With the help of Parivahan Portal. You can apply for driving license by following the steps given below.

1. इसके लिए सबसे पहले आपको सारथी पोर्टल की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाना होगा।
2. होम पेज पर आने के बाद आपको ड्राइवर/लर्नर लाइसेंस विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा। विकल्प पर क्लिक करने के बाद आप सारथी सेवा पोर्टल पर आ जायेंगे।
3. ई सारथी पोर्टल पर आने के बाद आपको अपने राज्य का चयन करना होगा, आप जिस राज्य के निवासी हैं उस राज्य का चयन करें। उदाहरण के तौर पर हमने राजस्थान राज्य को चुना है। राज्य का चयन करने के बाद अब आप अपने राज्य के आरटीओ पोर्टल पर जाएंगे।
4. राज्य का चयन करने के बाद अब आप संबंधित राज्य के आरटीओ के डैशबोर्ड पर जाएंगे, जहां आपको कई विकल्प दिखाई देंगे। उदाहरण के तौर पर अप्लाई फॉर लर्नर लाइसेंस, अप्लाई फॉर ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस जैसे 18 से ज्यादा विकल्प दिखाई देंगे।
5. आप यहां लर्नर लाइसेंस विकल्प पर क्लिक करें। अप्लाई फॉर लर्नर लाइसेंस पर क्लिक करने के बाद आपके सामने एक नया पेज खुलेगा।
6. अब आप एक नए पेज पर आ जायेंगे. यहां आपको ऑनलाइन ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस बनवाने के लिए अपनाई जाने वाली सभी प्रक्रियाओं की जानकारी दी जाएगी। सभी बिंदुओं का ध्यानपूर्वक अध्ययन करें. फिर नीचे जारी रखें बटन दबाएं।
7. अब आपके सामने नए पेज पर कुछ विकल्प आएंगे। यहां अगर आप पहली बार ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के लिए आवेदन कर रहे हैं तो ऊपर दिए गए विकल्प को चुनें और फिर सबमिट बटन दबा दें।
8. अगला कदम अपना KYC पूरा करना है, आपको ekyc पूरा करने के लिए दो विकल्प दिखाई देंगे। पहला आधार कार्ड प्रमाणीकरण और दूसरा बिना आधार प्रमाणीकरण उपलब्ध होगा। यहां आप आधार कार्ड वाले विकल्प का चयन करें। आधार कार्ड विकल्प चुनने के बाद सबमिट बटन दबाएं। सबमिट बटन दबाने के बाद आप अगले पेज पर आ जाएंगे.
9. अपना राज्य चुनने के बाद आपके सामने एक नए पेज पर आपसे आपका आधार नंबर/वर्चुअल आईडी मांगा जाएगा। अब जनरेट ओटीपी विकल्प पर क्लिक करें। आपके पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर एक ओटीपी (पासवर्ड) भेजा जाएगा। इसे आप यहां Enter OTP विकल्प पर दिए गए बॉक्स में भरें। नीचे दिए गए तीन चेक बॉक्स पर टिक करके ऑथेंटिकेट विकल्प पर क्लिक करें।
10. इस प्रकार आपका केवाईसी सत्यापित हो जाएगा। इसके बाद एक और नया पेज खुलेगा. जिसमें आपको कुछ सामान्य जानकारी भरनी होगी साथ ही अपने दस्तावेज भी अपलोड करने होंगे और फॉर्म सबमिट करना होगा।
