Admission Process 2023-24: Admission Process for RTE 25% Reservation Through Online Application.
Part – I: School
Eligible schools need to fill in the following details and obtain the approval of the Cluster/URC Head to make the school available for selection
a) School Contact
b) Valid age limit for admission
c) Total Number for RTE 25% Reservation, (30 Sep 2014) Recruitment & Vacancies
d) Exact school location on google map
Part – II: Child
The steps involved are as follows.
1) Get your application number registered on the system. The application Number and Password will be informed on your registered mobile.
2) Enter the child details and parent details.
3) Find the right address to list schools within 1 kilometre and 1-3 kilometre distance from your home.
4) Select the required standard.
5) Upload the required documents.
6) Confirm the application.
7) After confirmation, take the printed application along with the required documents to the help desk provided.
Part – III: Lotteries
1) Schools which have more vacancies and less number of applications will allot seats to all the applicants.
2) Lottery system will be used in schools with fewer vacancies. The lottery will be conducted and drawn by the District Administration i.e. Primary Education Officer for the district.
3) The select list will be published on the system.
4) The list will be made available to the parents under the application login. Admit cards can be printed.
5) Schools will admit students when contacted by parents after meeting essential requirements.

Maharashtra RTE Admission Form
To access the school list, applicants can follow the steps given below:
- Go to the official website, and on the homepage, click on the tab on the notification board.
- Now on the next tab click on Selected Student School List.
- Then applicants need to select the academic year and district from the drop-down menu.
- Click on continue and the required details will be displayed on the screen of the applicant.
- Selected students will then have to download and fill out the self-declaration form and submit the documents at the time of admission to the school.
