इस योजना के तहत राज्य के ग्रामीण और शहरी क्षेत्रों के गरीब परिवारों को शामिल किया जाएगा। इस योजना के तहत पहले सरकार 20,000 रुपये का मुआवजा दे रही थी, जो वर्ष 2013 में बढ़कर 30,000 रुपये हो गया। राज्य के गरीब परिवारों के लाभार्थी जो राष्ट्रीय परिवार लाभ योजना के तहत सरकार से सहायता प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं, तो वे इस योजना के तहत आवेदन करना होगा। सरकार से लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए लाभार्थी के पास एक बैंक खाता होना चाहिए क्योंकि यूपी सरकार द्वारा राशि आपके बैंक खाते में ही स्थानांतरित की जाएगी।
