Chief Minister Ashok Aguakh ji started the Rajasthan Indira Rasoi Yojana with 358 cooks for 213 poor people of the state with the aim of providing delicious food for two hours to the people of his place. Including which now 1000 has been announced in the budget. On 18 September 2022, the Chief Minister inaugurated 512 new Indira Rasoi in Jodhpur. At present the total number of operational Indira Rasoi has gone up to 870. These are operated by Indira Rasoi Plant. For which more than 300 local plaster artisans have been selected. Under Indira Rasoi Yojana 2023, till now 7.01 crore food scheme runs. Jok’s target is 72.32%. मुख्यमंत्री अशोक अगुआख जी ने अपने यहां के लोगों को दो घंटे स्वादिष्ट भोजन उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से राज्य के 213 गरीब लोगों के लिए 358 रसोइयों के साथ राजस्थान इंदिरा रसोई योजना शुरू की। जिसे मिलाकर अब बजट में 1000 की घोषणा की गई है. 18 सितंबर 2022 को मुख्यमंत्री ने जोधपुर में 512 नई इंदिरा रसोई का उद्घाटन किया। वर्तमान में संचालित इंदिरा रसोई की कुल संख्या 870 हो गई है। ये इंदिरा रसोई संयंत्र द्वारा संचालित हैं। जिसके लिए 300 से अधिक स्थानीय प्लास्टर कारीगरों का चयन किया गया है. इंदिरा रसोई योजना 2023 के तहत अब तक 7.01 करोड़ भोजन योजना चलती है। जोक का लक्ष्य 72.32% है. लेकिन अब सरकार की इस योजना के जरिए रोजाना 1.34 लाख लोगों और 4.87 लोगों को भोजन की थाली बेचने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है.

Rajasthan Indira Rasoi Yojana Budget
इस योजना के तहत राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा हर साल 100 करोड़ रुपये खर्च करने का प्रावधान है। लेकिन राज्य में 642 और नई इंदिरा रसोई के संचालन की मंजूरी दे दी गई है. जल्द ही ये रसोई भी शुरू हो जाएंगी. जिसके बाद 2022-23 के बजट में सरकार द्वारा इस योजना के तहत हर साल 250 करोड़ रुपये खर्च करने का प्रावधान किया जाएगा.
राजस्थान इंदिरा रसोई योजना के तहत अनुदान की 50% राशि नगर निकायों को देय राज्य वित्त आयोग के अनुदान से दी जाती है और शेष 50% राशि पहले मुख्यमंत्री सहायता कोष से या आवश्यकता पड़ने पर अन्य मदों से दी जाती है। सरकार हर साल प्रत्येक रसोई को बुनियादी ढांचे के लिए 5 लाख रुपये और प्रत्येक रसोई के आवर्ती बुनियादी ढांचे के लिए 3 लाख रुपये देती है। प्रदेश में अच्छा कार्य करने वाले रसोइयों को 15 अगस्त और 26 जनवरी को जिला संभाग, राज्य स्तर पर 15 लाख से अधिक के नकद पुरस्कार और प्रशस्ति पत्र दिये जाते हैं।
