Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana: This scheme has been started by the Government of India. Through this scheme, industry-based skill training will be provided to the youth of the country. So that he can get employment. This Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana will prove effective in enhancing the skills of the youth of the state and making them self-reliant. Through this scheme, the youth of the state will be able to get free skill training after completing their education and get better employment opportunities in new industries. Apart from this, youth will also become partners in the process of nation-building. The Technical Training Center of Banaras Locomotive Factory will ensure that all facilities are being provided to enable the youth under this scheme. This scheme will be operated by the Ministry of Railways.

In Hindi: यह योजना भारत सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई है। इस योजना के माध्यम से देश के युवाओं को उद्योग आधारित कौशल प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जाएगा। ताकि उसे रोजगार मिल सके। यह रेल कौशल विकास योजना प्रदेश के युवाओं के कौशल को बढ़ाने और उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनाने में कारगर साबित होगी। इस योजना के माध्यम से राज्य के युवा अपनी शिक्षा पूरी करने के बाद नि:शुल्क कौशल प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर सकेंगे और नए उद्योगों में रोजगार के बेहतर अवसर प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। इसके अलावा युवा राष्ट्र निर्माण की प्रक्रिया में भी भागीदार बनेंगे। बनारस लोकोमोटिव फैक्ट्री का तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण केंद्र यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि इस योजना के तहत युवाओं को सक्षम बनाने के लिए सभी सुविधाएं प्रदान की जा रही हैं। यह योजना रेल मंत्रालय द्वारा संचालित की जाएगी।
