PradhanMantri Ration Subsidy Yojana: Relief has been given to more than 80 crore poor class beneficiaries through the Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, which is being run to provide free rations to the poor. The cabinet has said in its decision that PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana is being extended for one year and people will continue to get free amount till 31 December 2023.

Eligibility

• Families belonging to Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) and Priority Household (PHH) categories will be eligible for this scheme.
• PHHs are to be identified by the State Governments/UT Administrations as per the criteria developed by them. AAY families are to be identified by the States/UTs as per the criteria prescribed by the Central Government:
• Also, families of widows or seriously ill persons or disabled persons, or persons aged 60 years or more who do not have an assured means of subsistence or social support.
• A widow or dying person or person with a disability or a person of 60 years or more age or a single woman or a single man having no family or social support or means of subsistence.
• All primitive tribal families.
• Landless agricultural laborers, marginal farmers, rural artisans/craftsmen like potters, tanners, weavers, blacksmiths, carpenters, slum dwellers and persons earning their livelihood on daily basis in the informal sector like coolies, coolies, rickshaw pullers, hand cart pullers, fruit and flower sellers, snake charmers, rag pickers, cobblers, destitute and other similar categories in both rural and urban areas.
• All eligible BPL families of HIV-positive persons

पात्रता

• पीएचएच की पहचान राज्य सरकारों/संघ राज्य क्षेत्र प्रशासनों द्वारा उनके द्वारा विकसित मानदंडों के अनुसार की जानी है। केंद्र सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित मानदंडों के अनुसार राज्यों/संघ शासित प्रदेशों द्वारा एएवाई परिवारों की पहचान की जानी है:
• विधवाओं या गंभीर रूप से बीमार व्यक्तियों या विकलांग व्यक्तियों या 60 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु के व्यक्तियों के परिवार जिनके पास निर्वाह या सामाजिक समर्थन का सुनिश्चित साधन नहीं है।
• एक विधवा या मरने वाला व्यक्ति या विकलांग व्यक्ति या 60 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु का व्यक्ति या एक अकेली महिला या एक अकेला पुरुष जिसके पास कोई पारिवारिक या सामाजिक समर्थन या निर्वाह का साधन नहीं है।
• सभी आदिम आदिवासी परिवार।
• भूमिहीन खेतिहर मजदूर, सीमांत किसान, ग्रामीण कारीगर/शिल्पकार जैसे कुम्हार, चर्मकार, बुनकर, लोहार, बढ़ई, झुग्गी में रहने वाले और अनौपचारिक क्षेत्र में दैनिक आधार पर अपनी आजीविका कमाने वाले व्यक्ति जैसे कुली, कुली, रिक्शा चालक, हाथ गाड़ी खींचने वाले, फल और ग्रामीण और शहरी दोनों क्षेत्रों में फूल विक्रेता, सपेरे, चीर बीनने वाले, मोची, निराश्रित और अन्य समान श्रेणियां।

The new announcement made in Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana

Under the Central Government’s PM Ration Subsidy Scheme, about 80 crore poor families will be given Rs. 2 per kg of wheat every month with the help of ration cards and rice will be made available at the rate of Rs. 3 per kg. प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण योजना में की गई नई घोषणा

केंद्र सरकार की पीएम राशन सब्सिडी योजना के तहत करीब 80 करोड़ गरीब परिवारों को 5000 रुपये दिए जाएंगे। राशन कार्ड की मदद से हर महीने 2 रुपये प्रति किलो गेहूं और चावल रुपये की दर से उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। 3 प्रति किग्रा. इस योजना के सफल क्रियान्वयन के लिए केंद्र सरकार ने 1.70 करोड़ की राशि आवंटित की है।

वित्त मंत्री श्रीमती। निर्मला सीतारमण ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस को संबोधित करते हुए विभिन्न कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की शुरुआत की घोषणा की। अनलॉक के दूसरे चरण से ठीक पहले 30 जून को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने राष्ट्र के नाम अपने संबोधन में कई घोषणाएं की हैं। इसके तहत इन सभी योजनाओं को नवंबर तक और बढ़ाने का ऐलान किया गया है। गरीब कल्याण अन्न योजना के नवंबर तक विस्तार पर 90 हजार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक खर्च होने का अनुमान है। इस योजना में प्रत्येक राशन कार्ड धारक परिवार को परिवार के प्रत्येक सदस्य के अनुसार अनुदान पर राशन (गेहूं एवं चावल) प्रदान किया जायेगा।

• प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण योजना के तहत देश के 80 करोड़ से ज्यादा गरीब परिवारों को नवंबर महीने तक यानी इन 5 महीनों तक सरकार की ओर से 5 किलो गेहूं या 5 किलो चावल मुफ्त में मुहैया कराया जाएगा और इसके साथ ही देश के हर गरीब परिवार को देश को मिलेंगे रुपये किलो चना भी मुफ्त दिया जाएगा।

Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana extended for 1 year

In the Union Budget 2023, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has announced to increase in the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana. Then this scheme has been extended by the government for 1 more year. Also, now poor families will be provided free ration for one more year by the central government. However under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, the ration is provided free of cost to the poor families of the country at the rate of 5 kg per person.

केंद्रीय बजट 2023 में वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण अन्न योजना में बढ़ोतरी की घोषणा की है। सरकार ने इस योजना को 1 साल के लिए और बढ़ा दिया है। अब केंद्र सरकार की ओर से गरीब परिवारों को एक साल और मुफ्त राशन मुहैया कराया जाएगा। प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण अन्न योजना के तहत देश के गरीब परिवारों को 5 किलो प्रति व्यक्ति की दर से मुफ्त में राशन उपलब्ध कराया जाता है। आपको बता दें कि इस योजना की शुरुआत अप्रैल 2020 में करोना काल में की गई थी। तब से अब तक इस योजना का लाभ 7 चरणों में गरीब परिवारों को दिया जा चुका है। वहीं, आठवें चरण में एक फरवरी, 2023 से एक साल के लिए बढ़ाया गया है। देश के गरीब परिवारों को प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण अन्न योजना का लाभ 2024 तक मिल सकेगा।

Extension of Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana

The fourth phase of the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana has been started by the government. सरकार द्वारा प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण योजना का चौथा चरण शुरू कर दिया गया है। राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के लाभार्थियों को 30 नवंबर 2021 तक अतिरिक्त खाद्यान्न आवंटित करने की घोषणा की गई है। साथ ही केंद्रीय उपभोक्ता मामले मंत्रालय की ओर से यह जानकारी दी गई है। इससे पहले कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के चलते 2 महीने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण योजना शुरू की गई थी। जिस पर 26,602 करोड़ रुपये के व्यय का अनुमान लगाया गया था।

कुल 204 मीट्रिक टन खाद आवंटित की जाएगी

अब लगभग 80 करोड़ एनएफएसए लाभार्थियों को प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण योजना के माध्यम से अतिरिक्त 204 लाख मीट्रिक टन उर्वरक उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। इस योजना पर होने वाला पूरा खर्च केंद्र सरकार द्वारा वहन किया जाएगा। जिस पर ₹67,266 करोड़ खर्च किए जाएंगे। इसके अलावा गेहूं और चावल का आवंटन खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग द्वारा किया जाएगा। विभाग द्वारा विपरीत परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए इस योजना का विस्तार भी किया जा सकता है। इस योजना के विस्तार की विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर ने भी सराहना की है। प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण योजना से 80 करोड़ लोगों को मुफ्त भोजन मिलेगा। पिछले साल भी इस योजना से 80 करोड़ हितग्राहियों को 8 महीने तक 5 किलो अनाज उपलब्ध कराया गया था.
