PM-Kisan Scheme Benefits
All farmer families with cultivable land registered in their names receive income support of Rs. 6,000 annually under the PM-Kisan scheme, regardless of the size of their landholdings.
Every year, the sum of Rs. 6,000 is distributed in the following three equal installments:

PM-Kisan 15th Installment News
On November 15, 2023, the Prime Minister gave more than 11 crore farmers access to the fifteenth installment of the PM-Kisan. Over Rs. 18,000 crores were transferred to the beneficiaries bank accounts in the fifteenth installment. Under the 15th payment of PM-Kisan, beneficiaries would get Rs. 2,000 straight into their bank accounts via Direct Bank Transfer (DBT).
PM-Kisan 14th Installment News
On July 27, 2023, the Prime Minister sent the fourteenth installment of PM-Kisan to almost 8.5 crore framers. Over 8.5 crore farmers nationwide received a payment of over Rs. 17,000 crores in the 14th installment, which was deposited into their bank accounts. Under the 14th installment of PM-Kisan, the farmers will receive Rs. 2,000 immediately into their bank accounts.
PM-Kisan 13th Installment News
The 13th installment of PM-Kisan was released by the Prime Minister on February 27, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. Eight lakh farmers’ households received the 13th installment, worth Rs. 16,800 crore, directly into their bank accounts. On October 17, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., the government announced the amount of the PM-Kisan’s twelfth installment. Through Direct Benefit Transfer, Prime Minister Narendra Modi disbursed Rs. 16,000 crore to PM-Kisan beneficiaries. The 12th installment of Rs. 2,000 was paid to over 8 crore framers via the bank account associated with the PM-Kisan Yojana. - After paying costs, the qualified farmers can register for the program by going to the Common Service Centre (CSC) that is closest to them, or
- Through New Farmers Registration on the PM-Kisan portal, qualified farmers can also self-register.
- The information that must be entered in order to register is:
- Name.
- Age.
- Gender.
- Mobile number.
- Category(SC/ST).
- Aadhaar Enrollment Number and any required document for identity, such as Voters’ ID, Driver’s Licence, NREGA Job Card, or any other identification provided by Central, State, or UT government, in the event that the Aadhaar Number is not issued.
- The applicant’s bank account number.
PM-Kisan Mobile App Registration
Additionally, the farmers can register themselves by downloading the PMKISAN mobile app from the Google Play store. Farmers can use the Google Play Store to download the PMKISAN mobile app directly, or they can use their mobile device to visit the PM-Kisan website and select the “Download PMKISAN Mobile App” option located in the “Farmers Corner” section.

The following is how to register as a PM-Kisan on the PMKISAN mobile app:
- Select the language from the list when the PMKISAN mobile app opens, then tap the “New Farmer Registration” button.
- Click “Continue” after entering the Captcha and your Aadhaar card number.
- Click the “Submit” button to finish the registration process after entering all the required information in the registration form, including your name, address, bank information, IFSC code, and facts about your land.
The recipients will be determined by the individual State and UT. The states or UTs will either manually or electronically maintain the farmer’s information. The beneficiaries’ bank accounts will receive a direct transfer of the benefits.
