PM Daksh Yojana 2023
The portal and mobile app of PM Daksh Yojana was launched by Union Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment Virendra Kumar on 5 August 2021. This scheme is also known as Pradhan Mantri Efficiency and Skilled Beneficiary Scheme. Through this scheme, free training will be provided to the targeted group of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes and sanitation workers. Through this scheme, training will be provided to all eligible beneficiaries under Up Skilling/Re Skilling, Short Term Training Programme, Long Term Training Program and Entrepreneurship Development Programme.
In the year 2021-22, 50,000 youth will be provided benefits through PM Daksh Yojana. All those trainees whose attendance is 80% or more will be provided an amount ranging from ₹ 1000 to ₹ 3000 as stipend and salary compensation. The beneficiary will also be provided a certificate after successfully completing the training. Apart from this, placement will also be provided to the candidates after assessment and certification.
पीएम दक्ष योजना 2023
पीएम दक्ष योजना का पोर्टल और मोबाइल ऐप 5 अगस्त 2021 को केंद्रीय सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता मंत्री वीरेंद्र कुमार द्वारा लॉन्च किया गया था। इस योजना को प्रधान मंत्री दक्षता और कुशल लाभार्थी योजना के रूप में भी जाना जाता है। इस योजना के माध्यम से अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, पिछड़ा वर्ग और स्वच्छता कार्यकर्ताओं के लक्षित समूह को मुफ्त प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जाएगा। इस योजना के माध्यम से सभी पात्र लाभार्थियों को अप स्किलिंग/री स्किलिंग, अल्पकालिक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम, दीर्घकालिक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम और उद्यमिता विकास कार्यक्रम के तहत प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जाएगा।
वर्ष 2021-22 में 50,000 युवाओं को पीएम दक्ष योजना के माध्यम से लाभ प्रदान किया जाएगा। वे सभी प्रशिक्षु जिनकी उपस्थिति 80% या उससे अधिक है, उन्हें वजीफा और वेतन मुआवजे के रूप में ₹ 1000 से ₹ 3000 तक की राशि प्रदान की जाएगी। सफलतापूर्वक प्रशिक्षण पूरा करने के बाद लाभार्थी को एक प्रमाण पत्र भी प्रदान किया जाएगा। इसके अलावा मूल्यांकन और प्रमाणीकरण के बाद उम्मीदवारों को प्लेसमेंट भी प्रदान किया जाएगा।

Objective of PM Daksh Yojana
पीएम दक्ष योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य छात्रों को प्रेरणा और प्रोत्साहन कौशल प्रदान करना है। ताकि उनके कौशल स्तर को बढ़ाया जा सके। इसके अलावा इस योजना के माध्यम से विदेश में भी सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी। यह योजना अपस्किलिंग और रीस्किलिंग कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से कलाकारों के कौशल स्तर को भी बढ़ाएगी। इस योजना के माध्यम से प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर ग्राहक अपनी आय बढ़ा सकते हैं। जिससे उनका जीवन स्तर सुधरे। अब देश के नागरिकों, जनजातियों, जनजातियों और लक्ष्य समूह को उनकी क्षमता के अनुसार स्वच्छता का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाता है। ईसाइयों को प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने के लिए वित्तीय व्यय के बारे में चिंता करने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है क्योंकि यह प्रशिक्षण संस्करण निःशुल्क प्रदान किया जाता है।

Quiz program under PM Daksh Yojana
UP Skilling/Re-Skilling
- Under this programme, financial and digital literacy will be provided to rural artisans, sanitation workers etc. Apart from this, they will also be provided training in pottery, weaving, wood carving, household work etc.
- This program will be of 32 to 80 hours.
- The cost of training will be limited to the range of normal cost norms.
- All beneficiaries undergoing training will be provided ₹2500 as compensation for salary loss.
Short Term Training
- Under this programme, various job roles will be as per the National Skill Qualification Framework or National Occupational Standards issued by MSDE.
- Under short-term training, financial and digital literacy such as tailoring training, furniture manufacturing, food processing etc. as well as training for wage or self-employment opportunities will be provided.
- This training will range from 200 hours to 600 hours and last for 6 months.
- Training costs will be limited to the extent of normal cost norms (except payment of stipend to trainees in case of non-residential training).

Entrepreneurship Development Program
- In this program, youth belonging to Scheduled Castes and Other Backward Classes have been given skill training under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana and their ideas have been included in the enterprise.
- The duration of this program will be 80 to 90 hours or 10 to 15 days.
- Training costs will be limited to the extent of normal farming costs.
- The program will include sessions from Business Associate Supervisors, Market Surveyors, Executive Institute and its Managing Director.
Antyodaya Program
- The resume designs presented in the professional training sector through this program have good demand in the market.
- Training programs will be provided as per NSQF, NCVT, AICTE, MSME etc. in the areas of product technology, plastic automobile, oxygen technology, health care sector etc.
- The duration of this program will be 5 months or more or 1 year (1000 hours).
- Training costs will be limited to the normal cost of accommodation.
Benefits and Features of Daksh Daksh Scheme
- PM Daksh Yojana was launched by Union Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Reserve Kumar on 5 August 2021.
- Through this scheme, free training is provided to the target groups such as tribes, backward classes, backward classes and sanitation workers.
- This scheme is also known as the Pradhan Mantri Store and Skill Beneficiary Scheme.
- In the year 2021-22, 50,000 youth will be given benefits through this scheme.

Eligibility to apply under PM Daksh Yojana
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of India.
- The age of the aspirant should be between 18 to 45 years.
- Applicant should be from Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste, Other Backward Class, Economically Backward Class, Safai Karmachari, D Notified, Dhumantu, Dhumantu, Semi Dhumantu etc.
- If the applicant belongs to another backward class then the annual income of the applicant’s family should be ₹ 300000 or less.
- If the applicant belongs to an economically backward class, then the annual income of the applicant’s family should be ₹ 100,000 or less.

Some Important Guidelines Related to PM Daksh Yojana
- इस योजना का लाभ अनुसूचित जाति, पिछड़ा वर्ग, आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग, घुमंतू, अर्ध-घुमंतू, विमुक्त जनजाति और स्वच्छता कार्यकर्ता आदि को प्रदान किया जाता है।
- इसके अलावा, सफाई कर्मचारियों, विमुक्त, खानाबदोश और अर्ध-घुमंतू नागरिकों के लिए कोई न्यूनतम आय का प्रावधान नहीं किया गया है।
- पिछड़े वर्ग के लिए न्यूनतम आय ₹300000 रखी गई है और आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के लिए न्यूनतम आय ₹100000 रखी गई है।
- इस योजना का लाभ उठाने के लिए लाभार्थी की आयु 18 से 45 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए।
- इस योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए लाभार्थियों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा।
- पीएम दक्ष योजना के तहत चार प्रकार के कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाते हैं जिनमें अप स्किलिंग/री स्किलिंग, अल्पकालिक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम, दीर्घकालिक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम और उद्यमिता विकास कार्यक्रम शामिल हैं।
- इस योजना का लाभ उठाने के लिए लाभार्थियों को किसी भी प्रकार का शुल्क देने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
- इस योजना का लाभ केवल एक बार ही उठाया जा सकता है।
- केवल एक ही प्रकार के कौशल प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में भाग लिया जा सकता है।
- प्रशिक्षण अवधि पूर्ण होने के बाद प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रहे नागरिकों को रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने का भी प्रयास किया जायेगा।
- री-स्किलिंग एवं अप-स्किलिंग प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत यदि प्रशिक्षु की उपस्थिति 80% है तो इस स्थिति में प्रशिक्षु को ₹3000 की राशि प्रदान की जाएगी।
- उद्यमिता विकास कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत यदि प्रशिक्षु की उपस्थिति 80% है तो प्रशिक्षु को प्रतिदिन ₹100 प्रदान किये जायेंगे।
- अप स्किलिंग और री स्किलिंग ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम की अवधि 32 से 80 घंटे/एक माह है। उद्यमिता विकास कार्यक्रम की अवधि 80 से 90 घंटे/15 दिन है। अल्पकालिक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों की अवधि 200 से 600 घंटे/2 से 5 महीने है। दीर्घकालिक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों की अवधि 600 से 1000 घंटे/6 महीने से एक वर्ष है।
