Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojana: The main objective of Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojana 2023 is to increase soil fertility. Through this scheme, financial assistance is provided for cluster formation, capacity building, incentives for inputs, value addition and marketing. A new-Traditional Agriculture Development Scheme has been launched by the Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, Government of India from the year 2015-16. The objective of the scheme is to encourage the certification and marketing of organic products. The crops from traditional farming will be fresh and pure as they are grown without the use of harmful fertilizers. The crops from the traditional farm are pure and hence can be sold at a good price. All wastes from traditional farming can be used as manure after decomposition.

परम्परागत कृषि विकास योजना 2023 का मुख्य उद्देश्य मिट्टी की उर्वरा शक्ति को बढ़ाना है। इस योजना के माध्यम से क्लस्टर निर्माण, क्षमता निर्माण, आदानों के लिए प्रोत्साहन, मूल्यवर्धन और विपणन के लिए वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाती है। भारत सरकार के कृषि एवं सहकारिता विभाग द्वारा वर्ष 2015-16 से नवीन-परम्परागत कृषि विकास योजना प्रारंभ की गई है। योजना का उद्देश्य जैविक उत्पादों के प्रमाणन और विपणन को प्रोत्साहित करना है। पारंपरिक खेती से फसलें ताजा और शुद्ध होंगी क्योंकि वे हानिकारक उर्वरकों के उपयोग के बिना उगाई जाती हैं। पारंपरिक खेत की फसलें शुद्ध होती हैं और इसलिए उन्हें अच्छी कीमत पर बेचा जा सकता है। पारंपरिक खेती के सभी कचरे को अपघटन के बाद खाद के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है।
Financial assistance
Through this scheme, financial assistance of ₹ 50000 per hectare is provided for 3 years for cluster formation, capacity building, promotion for inputs, value addition and marketing. Out of this ₹31000 per hectare for 3 years is provided for the purchase of organic inputs like organic fertilizers, pesticides, seeds etc. Apart from this, ₹ 8800 per hectare is provided for 3 years for value addition and marketing. Through Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojana 2023, an amount of ₹ 1197 crore has been spent in the last 4 years. Through Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojana, financial assistance of ₹ 3000 per hectare is also provided for 3 years for cluster formation and capacity building. Which includes exposure visits and training of field personnel. This amount is distributed through Direct Benefit Transfer in the account of the farmers.
Under this scheme, financial assistance of Rs 14.95 lakh will be provided for each cluster for mobilisations, manure management, and the adoption of PGS certificates. Maximum financial assistance of ₹ 1000000 will be provided for a cluster of 50 acres or 20 hectares. Under the activities of manure management and organic nitrogen harvesting, a maximum amount of ₹ 50000 per hectare will be made available to each farmer. In addition, out of the total assistance, Rs.4.95 lakh per cluster will be provided to the implementing agency for mobilization and adoption of PGS certification and quality control.

इस योजना के तहत मोबिलाइजेशन, खाद प्रबंधन और पीजीएस प्रमाण पत्र अपनाने के लिए प्रत्येक क्लस्टर को 14.95 लाख रुपये की वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी। 50 एकड़ या 20 हेक्टेयर के क्लस्टर के लिए अधिकतम ₹1000000 की वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी। खाद प्रबंधन एवं जैविक नाइट्रोजन संचयन की गतिविधियों के तहत प्रत्येक किसान को अधिकतम ₹50000 प्रति हेक्टेयर की राशि उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। इसके अलावा, कुल सहायता में से, 4.95 लाख रुपये प्रति क्लस्टर कार्यान्वयन एजेंसी को पीजीएस प्रमाणन और गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण को जुटाने और अपनाने के लिए प्रदान किया जाएगा।

- परंपरागत कृषि विकास योजना के तहत पीजीएस प्रमाणीकरण और गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण 3 साल का कार्यक्रम है। और जिसके लिए क्षेत्रीय परिषद को अपनी कार्ययोजना प्रस्तुत करनी होगी।
