Orunodoi Scheme: On December 14, 2022, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma launched Orunodoi 2.0 via video link. Orunodoi 2.0, is one of the largest DBT programs in the country. Aims to provide a minimum monthly income flow to women from economically disadvantaged families, elderly men, people with disabilities, and people who identify as a third gender. According to Sarma, 10.54 lakh new beneficiaries have been added to Orunodoi 2.0. So over 27 lakh participants of the program are guaranteed a monthly transfer of Rs 1,250 into their bank accounts on the 10th of every month for the purchase of sugar, pulses, and medicine. So This has many benefits, including increased nutritional support, financial knowledge, and economic empowerment.

14 दिसंबर, 2022 को मुख्यमंत्री हिमंत बिस्वा सरमा ने वीडियो लिंक के माध्यम से ओरुनोडोई 2.0 लॉन्च किया। ओरुनोडोई 2.0, देश के सबसे बड़े डीबीटी कार्यक्रमों में से एक है, जिसका उद्देश्य आर्थिक रूप से वंचित परिवारों की महिलाओं, बुजुर्ग पुरुषों, विकलांग लोगों और तीसरे लिंग के रूप में पहचान रखने वाले लोगों को न्यूनतम मासिक आय प्रवाह प्रदान करना है। सरमा के मुताबिक, ओरुनोडोई 2.0 में 10.54 लाख नए लाभार्थियों को जोड़ा गया है। कार्यक्रम के 27 लाख से अधिक प्रतिभागियों को चीनी, दाल और दवा की खरीद के लिए हर महीने की 10 तारीख को उनके बैंक खातों में 1,250 रुपये के मासिक हस्तांतरण की गारंटी दी जाती है। इसके कई लाभ हैं, जिनमें बढ़ा हुआ पोषण समर्थन, वित्तीय ज्ञान और आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण शामिल हैं।

Orunodoi Plan 2023

On 1st December 2020, the Government of Assam launched the Assam Orunodoi scheme. Under the Orunodoi scheme under Assam, beneficiaries will be given Rs 830 per month to buy basic items like medicine, pulses, sugar, etc., Rs 400 to buy medicine, Rs 200 to buy 4 kg pulses and Rs 200 per month. Rs 80 for buying sugar and Rs 150 for buying original fruits. Therefore The amount under this scheme will be directly transferred to the bank account of the beneficiaries through the Direct Benefit Transfer method. Assam government is going to spend 2400 crore rupees annually under Arunodaya Yojana.

1 दिसंबर 2020 को, असम सरकार ने असम ओरुनोदोई योजना शुरू की। असम के तहत ओरुनोदोई योजना के तहत, लाभार्थियों को दवा, दाल, चीनी आदि जैसी बुनियादी वस्तुओं को खरीदने के लिए 830 रुपये प्रति माह, दवा खरीदने के लिए 400 रुपये, 4 किलो दाल खरीदने के लिए 200 रुपये और प्रति माह 200 रुपये दिए जाएंगे। चीनी खरीदने के लिए 80 रुपये और मूल फल खरीदने के लिए 150 रुपये। इस योजना के तहत राशि सीधे लाभार्थियों के बैंक खाते में डायरेक्ट बेनिफिट ट्रांसफर पद्धति के माध्यम से स्थानांतरित की जाएगी। अरुणोदय योजना के तहत असम सरकार सालाना 2400 करोड़ रुपए खर्च करने जा रही है।

Assam Orunodoi Scheme Latest Updates

• Recipients of the state government’s flagship “Orunodoi” program – which now serves nearly two million households – will receive a predetermined additional amount.
• The beneficiaries of the program receive monthly financial assistance from the government in the amount of Rs 1,000.
• And “Starting from October, Orunodoi beneficiaries will get Rs 1250 every month. So They will receive an additional Rs 250 to cover their electricity expenses. He claimed that though the government had the option of paying the amount directly to the power company. It chose to do so because it “wants to inculcate the responsibility among the people to pay themselves”. So The beneficiary list for the program will be revised in the next two months.
• By September 20, student volunteers will go door-to-door to update the list. So after the field visit, the District Committee will finalize the list by October 10.
• Beneficiaries will get the revised amount of cover tax as per the updated list from the month of October.
• The updated list intends to include six lacks more eligible families.
• Families who are currently on the list but whose financial status has improved are urged to discontinue using the program.
• Those who no longer meet the requirements of “Orunodoi” beneficiaries have been asked to voluntarily exit the program.
• This can be done through both online and offline modes and 459 such families have already given up benefits under the program.
