Oasis Scholarship 2022 West Bengal for SC/ST/OBC students:

Run by the Department of Backward Classes Welfare and Tribal Development Department, the Government of West Bengal offers pre-matric and post-matric scholarships to the SC/ST/OBC students of West Bengal through the Oasis Scholarship Portal. Oasis Scholarship 2021 aims to provide financial assistance to the meritorious, and economically weaker student who belongs to SC/ST/OBC category. There are two types of scholarship schemes offered by Oasis Scholarship 2022 students can apply.

पिछड़ा वर्ग कल्याण विभाग और जनजातीय विकास विभाग द्वारा संचालित, पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार ओएसिस छात्रवृत्ति पोर्टल के माध्यम से पश्चिम बंगाल के अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति / अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के छात्रों को प्री-मैट्रिक और पोस्ट-मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान करती है। ओएसिस स्कॉलरशिप 2021 का उद्देश्य मेधावी और आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर छात्र को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करना है जो एससी / एसटी / ओबीसी श्रेणी से संबंधित है। ओएसिस छात्रवृत्ति 2022 द्वारा दी जाने वाली दो प्रकार की छात्रवृत्ति योजनाएं हैं जो छात्र आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

Oasis Scholarship Registration

• Visit the official OASIS Scholarship Application Portal and click on the Student Registration link to apply as a fresh candidate.
• And Select your district (where your institute is located) to apply. So Students who are studying outside West Bengal should select the district of their permanent address.
• Fill in the required caste certification details: Your name, father’s name, and computerized caste certificate number (manual certificate will not be accepted) and click on submit button.
• Update basic details like date of birth, sub-caste, current institution name, phone number, and email with a scanned photograph.
• Then Now click on submit button to complete your registration.
• Download computer-generated acknowledgment slip.
• And The PDF file will contain the User ID and Password of the applicant for future login.

Completion of application

• Visit the OASIS Scholarship Application Portal and click on the Registered Student Login Link.
• And Now enter your User ID, Password and District and click on the Login button.
• Click on the further details button and fill in all required details like communication address, institute details, etc and save it.
• And Enter your bank account information: Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, and MICR Code. Then now click on Verify and Lock option and once it is locked you cannot edit these details.
• And Click on the Print Application button and download the application form.

• Registered users can log in to the website by following these steps:
• Firstly open the online web portal of OASIS, oasis.gov.in.

• And In the given options, click on “Registered Student’s Login”.

• A login form will open asking for login credentials.
• Enter Application ID or User ID, Password, and Captcha.
• And Press “Login” and you will be successfully logged in.
• After that, you will be able to complete the application for the scholarship.
• Review the already filled details and edit in case of some correction and enter all the educational details of the student and click on submit.
• Enter the student’s personal details followed by identity details and bank account details. So The scholarship amount will be disbursed to the bank account whose details are being submitted.
• After filling out the application form, verify the entered information and then lock the application.
• You can also download or print your application form for future reference.

Forgot password

If a user forgets the account password, they can recover it by tapping on “Forgot Password” in the student corner. So They can get the password after verifying the details asked in the form. Fill and submit the details like institute location, date of birth, registered mobile number, caste certificate number, an acknowledgment will be generated.

• A login form will open for renewal students asking for login credentials.
• Enter Application ID or User ID, Password, and Captcha.

• You have to go through a two-stage verification by entering your name and date of birth and then verifying the details of the application.
• Click on Prompt for renewal of application and your application form will open.
• Edit the required details of your application and submit it.
• You can also download the application form or take a printout of it.
