• The candidate needs to live in Delhi permanently.
• To get benefits under the pilgrimage plan, one must be at least sixty years old. On the pilgrimage, each older citizen may have one attendant who is at least eighteen years old.
• Personnel working for the government are not eligible to take part in this program. An elderly person is only eligible to receive benefits from the pilgrimage program once in their lifetime.
