श्रेणी ए: प्राकृतिक संसाधन प्रबंधन से संबंधित लोक निर्माण
भूजल स्तर को बढ़ाने और सुधारने के लिए, जल संरक्षण और जल भंडारण का निर्माण करना।
जल प्रबंधन कार्य जैसे विस्तृत जलग्रहण क्षेत्र का उपचार, समतलीकरण, बांधों का समतलीकरण आदि।

सार्वजनिक भूमि पर मौसमी जल निकायों में मत्स्य पालन के साथ-साथ जलीय कृषि को बढ़ावा देने के लिए बुनियादी ढांचे की स्थापना। पोल्ट्री इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर, बकरी इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर, कैटल शेड, मवेशियों के लिए चारा और पानी के लिए हल जैसी बुनियादी सुविधाओं की स्थापना। इन्दिरा आवास योजना अथवा राज्य एवं केन्द्र सरकार की अन्य योजनाओं के अन्तर्गत स्वीकृत आवासों का निर्माण। खेती के लिए परती या बंजर भूमि का विकास करना। बागवानी, रेशम उत्पादन, नर्सरी और कृषि वनीकरण के माध्यम से आजीविका वृद्धि। भूमि विकास के साथ-साथ कुएं, खेत तालाब और अन्य जल भंडारण संरचनाएं खोदना।

राष्ट्रीय खाद सुरक्षा अधिनियम 2013 के प्रावधानों के क्रियान्वयन हेतु खाद भण्डारण भवनों का निर्माण।
ग्राम पंचायत, महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों, यूनियनों, चक्रवात शिविरों, आंगनबाडी केन्द्रों, ग्रामीण बाजारों एवं कब्रिस्तानों के लिए ग्राम एवं समूह स्तर पर भवनों का निर्माण।
आपातकालीन तैयारी या सड़कों की बहाली या बाढ़ नियंत्रण सहित अन्य आवश्यक सार्वजनिक बुनियादी ढांचे का निर्माण और गांव और क्लस्टर स्तर पर सुरक्षा कार्य, निचले स्तर के जल निकासी व्यवस्था का प्रावधान, बाढ़ के पानी के चैनलों की गहराई और मरम्मत, नालियों का निर्माण
गांव की सड़कों को पक्की सड़कों के नेटवर्क से जोड़ना, गांव में किनारे की नालियों और गड्ढों के साथ पक्की सड़कों का निर्माण
ग्रामीण स्वच्छता कार्य जैसे व्यक्तिगत घरेलू शौचालयों, स्कूल शौचालयों, आंगनवाड़ी शौचालयों आदि का निर्माण।
कोई अन्य कार्य जो सरकार इस संबंध में अधिसूचित कर सकती है
Through this scheme, an employment guarantee will be provided for at least 100 days per family in every financial year.
And the primary responsibility of implementing the law will be that of the Gram Panchayat.
Also, the daily wage rate under this scheme will be fixed by the Central Government.
Though wages will be paid as per the rates fixed by the Central Government.
The rate of labour will be the same for men and women.
And wages will be paid within a maximum of 15 days after the work is completed.
To get the benefit of Maharashtra Rojgar Hami Yojana, the registered labourer will have to work for at least 14 days continuously.
And a minimum of 10 labourers requires to start work in the Gram Panchayat.
Wages will be disbursed to the Wage Bank or Post Office Savings Account.
Employment will be made available in a 5-kilometre area of the village.
And contractors will not be hired under this scheme.
Under this scheme, at least 60% of the work at the taluka and district level will be for unskilled workers.

The social audit will be done to ensure transparency of this scheme.

Maharashtra रोजगार हमी योजना के तहत मजदूरों को दी जाने वाली सुविधाएं
कर्मा कारों में 6 साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों के लिए पीने का पानी, प्राथमिक उपचार और देखभाल की सुविधा उपलब्ध होगी।
यदि मजदूर या उसके बच्चों को चोट लगती है तो इस स्थिति में पूरा खर्च सरकार वहन करेगी। इसके अलावा कर्मचारी को 50 फीसदी वेतन भी दिया जाएगा। विकलांगता या मृत्यु की स्थिति में ₹50000 की आर्थिक सहायता भी प्रदान की जाएगी।
यदि कार्य ग्रामीण क्षेत्र से 5 किमी दूर प्रदान किया जाता है, तो मजदूरी दर में 10% की वृद्धि की जाएगी।
यदि रोजगार उपलब्ध नहीं कराया जाता है तो दैनिक वेतन का 25 प्रतिशत बेरोजगारी भत्ता के रूप में दिया जायेगा।

महाराष्ट्र रोजगार हमी योजना वार्षिक कार्य
सरकार द्वारा तैयार की गई महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी योजना में प्राथमिकता को ध्यान में रखते हुए ग्राम पंचायत द्वारा कार्यों का चयन किया जाएगा।
समस्त हितग्राहियों को तकनीकी स्वीकृति, जिला परिषद की स्वीकृति आदि लेकर निर्धारित प्रक्रिया का पालन करना होगा।
ग्राम सभा में 15 अगस्त को होने वाले आगामी वर्ष के कार्यों की वार्षिक योजना बनाई जाएगी।
ग्राम सभा के अनुसार कार्य की प्राथमिकता ग्राम पंचायत तय करेगी।
पंचायत समिति नवंबर के अंत तक ग्राम पंचायत से योजनाओं को अंतिम रूप देगी।
पंचायत समिति एवं जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी की संस्तुति के अनुसार जिला परिषद प्रत्येक वर्ष दिसम्बर माह में जिले की अगली वार्षिक श्रम योजना का अनुमोदन करेगी।
राज्य सरकार द्वारा जिलावार वार्षिक योजना माह दिसम्बर तक केन्द्र सरकार को प्रस्तुत की जायेगी।
