The Government of Karnataka has launched the Karnataka Suvidha Portal. Through this portal, citizens of Karnataka can apply for various welfare schemes launched by the government. The portal also gives priority to the citizens who are most in need of the benefits of the scheme. This platform is basically an integrated platform that will help citizens to search for schemes and implement them. Suvidha Portal is totally different from Seva Sindhu Portal. Seva Sindhu Portal is for services like certificates or documents. Suvidha Portal is for welfare schemes that include direct benefits. In Karnataka, the government implements around 250 welfare schemes. And Most of the schemes still follow the manual process and at times the number of beneficiaries exceeds the allocated budget. In such a situation, this portal will give priority to those citizens who are most in need of the benefits of the scheme.

कर्नाटक सरकार ने कर्नाटक सुविधा पोर्टल लॉन्च किया है। इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से, कर्नाटक के नागरिक सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई विभिन्न कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। पोर्टल उन नागरिकों को भी प्राथमिकता देता है जिन्हें योजना के लाभ की सबसे अधिक आवश्यकता है। यह मंच मूल रूप से एक एकीकृत मंच है जो नागरिकों को योजनाओं की खोज करने और उन्हें लागू करने में मदद करेगा। सुविधा पोर्टल सेवा सिंधु पोर्टल से बिल्कुल अलग है। सेवा सिंधु पोर्टल प्रमाण पत्र या दस्तावेज जैसी सेवाओं के लिए है। सुविधा पोर्टल कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के लिए है जिसमें प्रत्यक्ष लाभ शामिल हैं। कर्नाटक में, सरकार लगभग 250 कल्याणकारी योजनाओं को लागू करती है। और अधिकांश योजनाएँ अभी भी मानवीय प्रक्रिया का पालन करती हैं और कई बार लाभार्थियों की संख्या आवंटित बजट से अधिक हो जाती है।

The main objective of the Karnataka Suvidha Portal is to provide the facility to apply for various government welfare schemes. The Suvidha scheme is beneficial for the entire population of the state. Some of the benefits of the portal for the citizens are as follows

• Citizens of the state can apply for both the central and state schemes available from the government.
• Presently there are more than a hundred Central and State schemes available in the portal. The portal is categorized into various departments like Education Department, Labor Department, Agriculture Department, Horticulture Department, Tourism Department, etc.
• Eligible applicants applying for the scheme are paid directly into their owner’s bank account.
• The scheme also promotes employment wherein youth can learn the application process and apply on behalf of others and replace them for applications.
