Karnataka Ganga Welfare Scheme 2023
The Karnataka Minorities Development Corporation has launched the Karnataka Ganga Kalyan Yojana. Through this scheme, the beneficiaries will get irrigation facilities by installing pump sets and accessories after drilling borewells or digging open wells on agricultural land. The government has allocated Rs 1.50 lakh and Rs 3 lakh for individual borewell projects. This money will be Rs 50000 for borewell drilling, pump supply, and electrification deposit. A subsidy of Rs 3.5 lakh will be provided to Bengaluru Urban, Bengaluru Rural, Ramanagara Kolar, Chikkaballapur, and Tumkur districts.
Besides this, a subsidy of Rs 2 lakh will be given to other districts. These facilities will be provided by drawing pipelines from water sources and from nearby rivers by installing pump motors and accessories on farmers’ land.

कर्नाटक अल्पसंख्यक विकास निगम ने कर्नाटक गंगा कल्याण योजना शुरू की है। इस योजना के माध्यम से, लाभार्थियों को कृषि भूमि पर बोरवेल ड्रिलिंग या खुले कुएं खोदने के बाद पंप सेट और सहायक उपकरण स्थापित करके सिंचाई की सुविधा मिलेगी। सरकार ने व्यक्तिगत बोरवेल परियोजनाओं के लिए 1.50 लाख रुपये और 3 लाख रुपये आवंटित किए हैं। यह धनराशि बोरवेल ड्रिलिंग, पंप आपूर्ति और विद्युतीकरण जमा के लिए 50000 रुपये होगी। बेंगलुरु शहरी, बेंगलुरु ग्रामीण, रामनगर कोलार, चिक्कबल्लापुर और तुमकुर जिलों को 3.5 लाख रुपये की सब्सिडी प्रदान की जाएगी।
