KALIA Scheme Objective

The main objective of the KALIA Yojana is to benefit the farmers of Odisha state because we know that most of the farmers of our country are not happy with their income. KALIA Yojana Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the KALIA scheme, applicants must follow the eligibility criteria given below:-

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of the state of Odisha.
• Applicants must belong to marginal or small categories.

Kalia Yojana Budget

When the scheme was launched in December 2018, the state government had sanctioned an amount of Rs 5115 crore to assist the beneficiaries, out of which Rs. 1000 crore was specifically to bail out farmers from the debt trap.
