KALIA Yojana Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the KALIA scheme, applicants must follow the eligibility criteria given below:-

The applicant must be a permanent resident of the state of Odisha.
Applicants must belong to marginal or small categories.
Applicant must belong to the BPL category.
Any farmer who comes under tax paying structure will not be allowed to apply for KALIA Yojana.
If the farmer is working for the State Government or Central Government or associated with any PSU department then they are not eligible.
