JDA New Scheme:- In the state capital, the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) is getting ready to launch four new home developments following a successful campaign to entice buyers to newly released projects. On August 15, these four plans will be unveiled, creating 1,500 plots. Approximately 1,500 plots in the housing complexes will be allocated through an auction and lottery. The Jaipur Development Authority is now accepting online applications for residential plots in Zone 11 of the city. Eligibility Criteria

The candidate applied for this scheme by meeting the eligibility requirements listed below:

The participant needs to be a state resident of Rajasthan.
Candidates must be at least eighteen years old to be considered.
Applicants must submit an application for LIG-A; their families must make at least Rs. 300,000 annually. You must be 60 years of age or older to be eligible to apply.
The applicant’s family must make between Rs. 300,000 and Rs. 600,000 per year in order to be eligible to apply for LIG-B.
For the applicant’s family to qualify for the MIG category, their yearly income must fall between Rs. 600,000 and Rs. 1,000,000.
It is necessary for the applicant to have a bank account under their own name.
There cannot be a single residence owned by the applicant, his or her spouse, wife, or dependents in any part of the state.
The applicant is not eligible to have had any houses or plots assigned to them by JDA during the preceding 10 years.
