Eligibility Criteria
- आवेदक श्रमिक महिला के पास कम से कम 1 वर्ष की सदस्यता होनी चाहिए।
- हरियाणा राज्य की महिलाएं इस योजना के लिए पात्र हैं।
- एक महिला इस योजना के लिए केवल एक बार ही आवेदन कर सकती है।
- महिला की मृत्यु के बाद इस योजना का लाभ बंद कर दिया जाएगा।
- इस योजना का लाभ लाभार्थी को दो बच्चों तक दिया जाएगा तथा तीन लड़कियों को लाभ दिया जाएगा चाहे बच्चों का क्रम कुछ भी हो।
- बच्चे के जन्म के बाद आवेदक महिला को बच्चे का जन्म प्रमाण पत्र देना होगा।
- यदि आवेदक महिला का पति किसी बोर्ड/विभाग या निगम से पितृत्व लाभ ले रहा है तो वह इस योजना के लिए आवेदन नहीं कर सकती है।
- महिला को बच्चे के जन्म के 1 वर्ष के भीतर इस योजना का आवेदन पत्र सक्षम प्राधिकारी के पास जमा करना आवश्यक है।
