इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से सभी भर्ती नियुक्तियां जो पहले आउटसोर्सिंग नीतियों के तहत की जाती थीं, उन्हें ऑनलाइन किया जाएगा, ताकि पारदर्शी तरीके से ऑनलाइन आवेदन के माध्यम से नियुक्तियां की जा सकें। इससे न केवल संविदा पर कार्यरत कर्मचारियों को शोषण से बचाया जा सकेगा बल्कि पात्र एवं योग्य अभ्यर्थियों को पारदर्शिता के साथ रोजगार के अवसर प्राप्त करने का अवसर भी मिलेगा।
