Registration / Token Generation / Login Procedure Under E Sanjeevani OPD

पोर्टल पर खुद को पंजीकृत करने के लिए आपको नीचे दी गई चरण-दर-चरण आवेदन प्रक्रिया का पालन करना होगा:-

• सबसे पहले पोर्टल की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाएं
• मुखपृष्ठ पर, “रोगी पंजीकरण” टैब पर क्लिक करें।
• आपकी स्क्रीन पर एक नया वेब पेज प्रदर्शित होगा
• आपको अपना मोबाइल नंबर डालना होगा
• आपके मोबाइल नंबर पर एक OTP भेजा जाएगा
• ओटीपी प्राप्त करने के लिए आपको सेंड ओटीपी नामक विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा
• प्राप्त ओटीपी दर्ज करें
• पंजीकरण पृष्ठ आपकी स्क्रीन पर प्रदर्शित होगा

• यदि आपके सामने अधिक नियुक्तियाँ हैं तो आपको एक सीरियल नंबर दिया जाएगा अन्यथा आप क्लिनिक में अकेले होंगे।

To make an appointment with your doctor you need to follow the simple procedure given below in a step-by-step manner:-

• Once you have successfully logged in to the portal and found your clinic you will be given a serial number.
• Once your serial number is received, eSanjeevaniOPD assigns a doctor to you.
• The doctor will be appointed to you, “Call Now” button will be activated
• You have to click on the button to get a call to your doctor within 120 seconds
• If you click on the button successfully you will get an appointment with your doctor.
• Appointments will be through media calls.

Consultation Procedure

आपके डॉक्टर के साथ परामर्श प्रक्रिया नीचे चरण-दर-चरण मार्गदर्शिका में उल्लिखित है:-

• आप अपने डॉक्टर के साथ किए गए विस्तृत परामर्श की जांच कर सकते हैं।
