E-Sampada Portal, Mobile App Download, E-Sampada Holiday Home Booking, Helpline Number, Complaint, Objective of e-Sampada Portal

The Government of India launched the E-Sampada Portal and mobile application on the 25th on the occasion of Good Governance Day. Under the One Nation One System initiative. The launch of this portal was announced by Shri Hardeep S Puri. Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs in a virtual meeting held in Delhi. This portal is a single online platform through which booking and allotment of Government residential accommodation and estate services can be done for eligible officers. The implementation of this portal will promote transparency and accountability.
Earlier four different portals and two apps use to avail the above-mention services of booking or allotment of property and residential accommodation as they administer by different departments which was complex and time-consuming. To make this allotment and booking process simple, transparent, and uniform, in place of those four different portals and two apps. The e-Sampada portal and mobile app have been launched.

भारत सरकार ने एक राष्ट्र एक प्रणाली पहल के तहत सुशासन दिवस के अवसर पर 25 तारीख को ई-संपदा पोर्टल और मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन लॉन्च किया। इस पोर्टल के लॉन्च की घोषणा आवास और शहरी मामलों के राज्य मंत्री श्री हरदीप एस पुरी ने दिल्ली में आयोजित एक वर्चुअल बैठक में की। यह पोर्टल एक एकल ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म है जिसके माध्यम से पात्र अधिकारियों के लिए सरकारी आवासीय आवास और एस्टेट सेवाओं की बुकिंग और आवंटन किया जा सकता है। इस पोर्टल के कार्यान्वयन से पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
पहले चार अलग-अलग पोर्टल और दो ऐप का उपयोग संपत्ति और आवासीय आवास की बुकिंग या आवंटन की उपर्युक्त सेवाओं का लाभ उठाने के लिए किया जाता था क्योंकि वे विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा प्रशासित होते थे जो जटिल और समय लेने वाले थे। इस आवंटन और बुकिंग प्रक्रिया को सरल, पारदर्शी और एक समान बनाने के लिए उन चार अलग-अलग पोर्टल और दो ऐप के स्थान पर ई-सम्पदा पोर्टल और मोबाइल ऐप लॉन्च किया गया है।

Objective of e-Sampada Portal

The main objective of the e-Sampada Portal is to provide an online platform for booking and allotment of Government residential accommodation and property services. So Through this portal, citizens can make venue bookings. Therefore Holiday Homes and Touring Officers Hostel bookings, Office and Market Accommodation, and Government Residential Accommodation. They just need to visit the e-Sampada portal and from here they can apply for all the above services. And This will save a lot of time and money and also bring transparency to the system. So Implementation of this portal will reduce administrative costs and paperwork.

ई-सम्पदा पोर्टल का मुख्य उद्देश्य सरकारी आवासीय आवास और संपत्ति सेवाओं की बुकिंग और आवंटन के लिए एक ऑनलाइन मंच प्रदान करना है। इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से, नागरिक स्थल बुकिंग, हॉलिडे होम्स और टूरिंग ऑफिसर्स हॉस्टल बुकिंग, कार्यालय और बाजार आवास और सरकारी आवासीय आवास बना सकते हैं। उपरोक्त सेवाओं का लाभ उठाने के लिए अब नागरिकों को विभिन्न पोर्टलों पर जाने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। उन्हें बस ई-सम्पदा पोर्टल पर जाने की जरूरत है और यहां से वे उपरोक्त सभी सेवाओं के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। और इससे समय और पैसे की काफी बचत होगी और सिस्टम में पारदर्शिता भी आएगी। इसलिए इस पोर्टल के कार्यान्वयन से प्रशासनिक लागत और कागजी कार्रवाई में कमी आएगी।

The Directorate under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs has announced the latest website portal for CPWD Touring Officers Hostel (Guest House).
