Duare Sarkar Camp: The government starts different types of schemes to provide different types of benefits to the backward section of society. Many times, due to a lack of awareness, the eligible beneficiaries do not get the benefits of the schemes. Apart from this, many times the facility of applying online is also not available. To deal with this situation, the Government of West Bengal launched Duare Sarkar camps on 1 December. West Bengal Duare Sarkar Camp

The government of West Bengal organizes Duare Sarkari camps in each district of the state so that the beneficiaries of various schemes can apply through these camps sitting at their home. So far three phases of camps have been set up by the Duare government. This year the third phase camp will be organized for a month from 16th August to 15th September. Beneficiaries have to fill out the form in the camp. About 1.6 crore people will be benefited from these camps.
Through these camps, citizens can get information about 18 schemes including health partners, food partners, caste certificates, Shikshashree, Kanyashree, etc. So far 17107 camps have been selected across the state. Beneficiaries can also apply under these 18 schemes through these camps. In the first phase of this scheme, 32830 camps have been organized. Last year a total of 2.75 crore people visited and 1.77 crore applications were submitted through these camps.

The objective of Duare Sarkar

The main objective of the Duare Sarkar camp is to make the benefits of various schemes run by the state government available to the beneficiaries. There are many citizens across the state who are unable to apply under various schemes launched by the government due to a lack of awareness or lack of facilities in their district. So for all those people, the government of West Bengal is organizing Duare Sarkar Camp in every district of the state. Services will be delivered to the doorsteps of the citizens through these camps. Now all the eligible beneficiaries will be able to get the benefits of various schemes of government.

दुआरे सरकार शिविर का मुख्य उद्देश्य राज्य सरकार द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ हितग्राहियों को उपलब्ध कराना है। राज्य भर में कई नागरिक ऐसे हैं जो अपने जिले में जागरूकता की कमी या सुविधाओं की कमी के कारण सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई विभिन्न योजनाओं के तहत आवेदन नहीं कर पाते हैं। तो उन सभी लोगों के लिए पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार राज्य के हर जिले में दुआरे सरकार कैंप का आयोजन कर रही है। इन शिविरों के माध्यम से नागरिकों के घर-द्वार तक सेवाएं पहुंचाई जाएंगी। अब सभी पात्र हितग्राही सरकार की विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।

Implementation

Through these government camps, the welfare package will be provided to the beneficiaries throughout the entire implementation process:-

• Firstly, the state government has constituted a state-level apex committee, which will be headed by chief secretary H K Dwivedi. A special task force has been constituted especially for Kolkata and the rest of the state to implement the procedures properly. ,
• Secretaries are also an important part of the top community of the state government.
• Beneficiaries need to register themselves at hierarchical levels using OTP.
• Residents will have to visit the camps at pre-determined times to avail themselves of assistance programs.
• Beneficiaries can choose from 18 government-sponsored benefit schemes they wish to apply for.
• And The benefits of the services will be delivered to the doorstep of the beneficiaries.
• An IT system has been set up to ensure the successful implementation of each camp.
• Officials will keep track of real-time statistics based on visitor registration in the camp.
