With this in mind, the Delhi state government launched the online Delhi Marriage Registration program. Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidates must be followers of the Sikh, Buddhist, and Hindu faiths.
  • At the time of marriage, neither candidate should have any living spores.
  • At the time of marriage, male applicants must have reached the age of 21, while female applicants must have reached the age of 18.
  • It is not appropriate to match a candidate with another applicant unless the customer usage governments of both parties sanction marriage.
  • Candidates shouldn’t be in any kind of relationship that is restricted.
  • The candidates must be of sound mind, able to provide consent, and suitable for matrimony.
  • The Hindu Marriage Act requires two witnesses at the moment of marriage.
