Depending on their category, applicants must submit the following documentation for the DDA Housing Scheme to be taken into consideration:
The DDA Housing Scheme will be implemented utilizing AWAAS software this time. This software will handle all online formalities, including application, payment, possession, etc. The only time applicants must visit the DDA office is to have their conveyance documents executed. The overall cost of the units provided under the DDA housing project will comprise the premium cost, building cost, and surcharge on the land premium. It is necessary to deposit the entire unit fee within ninety days. The allottee will receive an email with the digitally signed possession letter of the flat; they will need to attach the required copies of their attestations. Additionally, by using the online option, he or she can reserve a date for both the execution deed and actual possession. The DDA Housing Scheme flats are neither transferable nor refundable for five years.
The DDA housing plan will operate exclusively online this year. Online payment of application costs is available to applicants. In the past, the banks would supply links to complete the payment on the website. But presently, a facility has emerged. Direct payment for applications is now possible via the DDA software website. The housing program has been modified, and at last, the testing is complete.
