DDA Housing Scheme 2024

For 647 apartments in Loknayakpuram and 316 MIG (mid-income) apartments in Sector 14, Dwarka, there will be an online auction. More than 28,000 homes in Narela will be distributed using the First Come First Serve (FCFS) method among various categories. These include 224 EWS apartments at Loknayakpuram, 1008 EWS flats in Sector 14, Dwarka, 316 LIG flats, and 728 EWS flats in Sector 19B, Dwarka.

- Under this approach, only online applications will be accepted.
- If an applicant wants to apply for more than one category, they must submit the registration money for the higher or higher category, whichever is applicable.
