- The beneficiary’s statement.(on 100/500 rupee stamp paper)

- Talathi Certificate – document pertaining to the shared total holding area (between 0.40 and 6 hectares); a certificate stating that there is no well; proof that the planned well is located more than 500 feet away from an existing well; Well survey proposal no. boundaries and a map.

- A Gramme Sabha resolution.
- Certificate from Talathi: Certificate of well existence; Certificate of total holding area (between 0.20 and 6 hectares); Proposed well survey no. borders and a map.
- Bond of the beneficiary (on stamp paper of Rs. 100/500).
- Field examination and letter of reference from the agriculture officer (Vighyo)
- The Group Development Officer’s recommendation letter
- An early picture of the well (with significant landmarks and beneficiaries) where well drilling or maintenance work is to be done
- The feasibility report for in-well boring is based on a groundwater survey development system.
- A certificate in the event of a disability
