Due to the completion and success of this project, the villagers no longer need to visit any government office at any level in the district. The services under this scheme are: Seva Sindhu Services, RTI, CMRF, and Micro Banking Services; base update; Overall services will be available through Village Forest Centers. It was launched on 17 January 2022 by the Chief Minister of Karnataka with the intention of having services from various ministries in one place. Due to a lack of awareness, it is spreading rapidly from one village to another. It has already been implemented in 12 districts of the state and by the year 2022 it will be spread across the entire state of Karnataka. Karnataka Grama One Launched
Chief Minister of Karnataka Basavaraj Bommai on January 17, 2022 (Monday) said that the ambitious Gram Van program which aims to provide services of various departments at the doorstep of citizens will be a reality from Republic Day in rural areas of 12 districts. And Bommai held a virtual meeting to review the preparations for the launch of the programme. So it will be implemented in 12 districts of the state from January 26. In about 3,000 villages, one service centre will be opened for this purpose, the chief minister’s office said in a statement.
CM Bommai said that it will be launched in 12 districts now and in the coming days the program will later cover all the districts. He instructed the officers that the services of major departments should be made easily available to the people in rural areas. The districts where it will be launched on January 26 include Bidar, Koppal, Ballari, Belagavi, Haveri, Vijayapura, Davanagere, Shivamogga, Tumakuru, Chikkamagaluru, Udupi and Kodagu districts.
About 100 services related to the Revenue, Food, Health and Labor Department will be available through Village Forest Service Centers. Uninterrupted power and internet connectivity will be provided to these centres, the statement said.

कर्नाटक के मुख्यमंत्री बसवराज बोम्मई ने 17 जनवरी, 2022 (सोमवार) को कहा कि महत्वाकांक्षी ग्राम वन कार्यक्रम, जिसका उद्देश्य नागरिकों के दरवाजे पर विभिन्न विभागों की सेवाएं प्रदान करना है, गणतंत्र दिवस से 12 जिलों के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में एक वास्तविकता बन जाएगा। और बोम्मई ने कार्यक्रम के शुभारंभ की तैयारियों की समीक्षा के लिए एक आभासी बैठक की। इसलिए इसे 26 जनवरी से राज्य के 12 जिलों में लागू किया जाएगा। लगभग 3,000 गांवों में इस उद्देश्य के लिए एक सेवा केंद्र खोला जाएगा, मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय ने एक बयान में कहा।
